Terms of Service

These terms cover tududi Cloud, the hosted service at app.tududi.com, and this website. tududi Cloud is run by Chris Veleris, an individual based in Greece ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The tududi software itself is open source under the MIT licence. These terms do not limit what that licence lets you do with the code; they only cover the service we run for you.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
• Give us a real email address and keep it current. We use it for sign-in, billing and important service notices.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and API tokens secret and for everything done with your account.
• Tell us at info@tududi.com if you think someone else has access to your account.

2. Subscription and payment

• tududi Cloud is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on the Cloud page when you subscribe. There is no free tier.
• Payments are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase is made from Lemon Squeezy under their buyer terms, and they handle VAT and sales tax.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time from Profile › Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

3. Your content

Your tasks, notes, projects, files and everything else you put into tududi remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you choose to share it with. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You can export all of your data at any time, including after your subscription ends, from Profile › Backup. Reading and exporting your data is never gated behind payment.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use tududi Cloud to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• store or share malware, or content that sexually exploits children;
• send spam or harass people through sharing, invitations or email features;
• probe, scan or attack the service or other users, or get around rate limits, plan limits or access controls;
• resell the service or put an unreasonable load on it (for example, automated bulk requests well beyond normal personal or team use).

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

5. Plan limits and AI features

Your plan includes storage and AI usage limits, shown in the app. AI features send the text they work on to a third-party language model provider (see the privacy policy). AI output can be wrong; check it before relying on it.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep tududi Cloud available and backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may need maintenance windows, and we will announce planned ones where we can. We may add, change or remove features over time.

If we ever decide to shut tududi Cloud down, we will give you at least 60 days' notice, refund any unused prepaid time, and you will be able to export your data and move it to your own tududi server.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. Deleting it cancels your subscription and permanently removes your data from the live service; copies in our backups expire on their normal schedule (see the privacy policy). If your subscription lapses without being deleted, your account stays in place and your data remains readable and exportable.

8. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not written in these terms, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
